Our history

Mountain Valley Pest Control, Inc. began as a family-run business, and as the business grew, more technicians were needed to accommodate our residential and commercial clientele. Currently, we employ nine qualified and licensed service technicians, as well as a friendly and helpful office staff who can assist in answering your inquiries and coordinating prompt services to address your needs.

Ray, founder of Mountain Valley Pest Control, Inc. got his start in pest control in 1977. He began working with Valley Pest Control, and sometime later he was employed with Orkin Pest Control before starting his first company, Ambush Pest Control, in 1980. In 1987 he started Mountain Valley Pest Control, after selling Ambush to his brother. In 2008 our company was awarded first place in the Central Valley People’s Choice Awards. Then in 2020, Mountain Valley Pest Control, Inc. became a corporation with Ray being the President.
